目的评价对阿坝州大骨节病病区小学生开展大骨节病知识健康教育的效果,为提高小学生大骨节病知识水平提供依据。方法采用多级随机抽样的方法,选取阿坝州3所小学3个年级的310名学生为研究对象,随机分配2所学校入干预组,1所入对照组;对干预组实施健康教育并采用自行设计的问卷收集两组干预前、后大骨节病知识情况。结果干预后干预组小学生知识总知晓率提高了33.5%,对照组总知晓率提高了10.9%,差异有统计学意义;干预组总知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;除“影响智力”以外,干预组小学生知识条目知晓率均高于干预前,其中13个条目的知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论对阿坝州大骨节病病区小学生实施健康教育,可明显提高其大骨节病的相关知识。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) knowledge-based health education on children with Kashin-Beck disease in Aba Prefecture and provide basis for improving the knowledge level of Kashin-Beck disease. Methods A total of 310 students from 3 primary schools in three primary schools in Aba Prefecture were selected as the research objects. Randomly allocated 2 schools into the intervention group and 1 into the control group. The intervention group was given health education and self-employed Design questionnaires were collected before and after the intervention of Kashin-Beck disease knowledge. Results After the intervention, the total awareness rate of pupils in the intervention group increased by 33.5% and that in the control group increased by 10.9%, the difference was statistically significant; the total awareness rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; Influence intelligence ", the awareness rate of pupils’ knowledge items in the intervention group was higher than before the intervention, of which the awareness rate of 13 items was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of health education for children with Kashin-Beck disease in Aba Prefecture can significantly improve the knowledge about Kashin-Beck disease.
