目前基层检察院对司法警察的管理方式有多种，普遍存在的问题是，既不利于司法警 察职 能的发挥，背离了法警工作的定位，又不利于使检察官专注于法律监督工作。改革的方向是 ，构建“集中管理，分散使用”的法警管理模式，确保法警工作保障性的实现，合理配置警 力，这对加强内部制约也有益处。 At present, the grassroots procuratorates have a variety of management methods for judicial police. The common problem is that it is not conducive to the function of judicial police, deviates from the work of judicial police, and is not conducive to making procurators focus on legal supervision.
