上海市高中体育专项化教学改革的推广工作已然开始。改革中,试点学校取得了一定成绩,但仍存在学生兴趣不能充分满足,改革措施缺乏可持续性等问题。各试点学校竭尽全力壮大自身实力,却仍不能应对学生多样化的学习需求。究其原因,学校系统内的教学资源在校际的共享被限制,校外教学资源未被充分利用,学生群体的流动性特征被忽视。通过邻近试点学校间的合作、试点学校与邻近校外机构的合作,可以极大地增强各试点学校应对学生多样化学习兴趣的缓冲能力,推动专项化改革的有序前行。
Shanghai high school sports specialized teaching reform promotion has begun. In the reform, the pilot schools have made some achievements, but there are still some problems such as the students’ interest can not be fully satisfied and the reform measures lack of sustainability. The pilot schools make every effort to strengthen their own strength, but still can not cope with the diversified learning needs of students. The reason is that the sharing of teaching resources in the school system is limited in inter-school, the extra-curricular teaching resources are not fully utilized, and the mobility characteristics of student groups are neglected. The cooperation between neighboring pilot schools and the cooperation between pilot schools and their neighboring institutions can greatly enhance the buffer ability of pilot schools in coping with student interest in diversification and promote the orderly development of special reforms.
