痉挛性脑瘫病人常有严重的肌肉痉挛,选择性脊神经后根切断术(SPR)结合有力的康复治疗可减少下肢肌痉挛。SPR后深入细致的康复治疗能使下肢痉挛显著减轻,随着骨盆和腿周围肌群痉挛的减轻,使躯干稳定,端坐能力及上肢功能也可获得改善。然而,先前有关躯干稳定和端坐平衡改善的研究缺少客观证据。本研究目的是试图应用客观指标和定量测定证明SPR前后端坐平衡的差异。
Spastic cerebral palsy patients often have severe muscle spasms, and selective spinal nerve root posterior rhizotomy (SPR) combined with effective rehabilitation can reduce muscle spasms in the lower limbs. SPR deep and meticulous rehabilitation can significantly reduce the spasm of lower extremities, with the reduction of muscle spasm around the pelvis and legs, so that trunk stability, ability to sit and upper limb function can also be improved. However, previous studies on the improvement of trunk stability and end balance lacked objective evidence. The purpose of this study was to attempt to use objective measures and quantitative tests to demonstrate differences in end-balance before and after SPR.
