杭州某多层混凝土框架结构房屋改造,由于柱的拔除及增加屋面绿化覆土,屋面梁变为大跨度重荷载梁,加固设计时采用预应力钢梁叠合加固混凝土梁这一新型方法,通过数值模拟分析,并对比施工监测数据,验证了该方案的可操作性和有效性。为空间受限条件下对结构梁进行加固提供了有效的方法和技术,对类似混凝土构件的加固具有参考价值。
