一、铁和碳钢本标准包括由元素铁粉制造的除碳以外基本上不含其它合金元素的粉末冶金材料。材料性能本标准所包括的材料由铁粉经压制和烧结所制造,为了掺入碳而添加石墨,或不添加石墨。当成品密度要求达到7.0g/cm~3或更高时,可以采用压制、预烧、复压和烧结的方法。应用非合金化的粉末冶金铁基材料(F—0000)的典型应用是作为轻载荷的结构零件和强度不是关键的需要自润滑的结构零件;高密度的非合金化铁基软磁材料。
