卓臻1997～2007置业大事记1997年:梅峰宾馆的单位宿舍。70年代盖的老房子,实用面积80平方米。三房一厅,与父母、弟弟一起住了20年。2004年5月:为结婚,在新店金城小区购入新房。96平方米,改成两室一厅。2005年5月:购入江南水都一期名筑。5～6楼的复式楼。214平方米。2006年底:购入公园道一号叠拼别墅,实用面积285平方米。那天,我们去看了梅峰宾馆的老房子。老的单位宿舍外面,沿路边的位置又盖了一批“洋气”的新楼,相比之下,那几排建于六七十年代的红砖楼确实显得有些“破”了。不过,在那个懒洋洋的近午时光里,树叶落满了小径,谁家窗口飘出了醉人的饭香,掩映在密林里的红砖老房子,显得格外温情动人。摄影师拍照的时候,卓臻靠在车上,看着老房子,若有所思。我在想,这处生活了20年的老房子,承载了他很多美好的记忆吧。童年,青春,玩伴,爱情,一去不复返了,只有老房子依然是从前的模样。
