体外净化一直是学者们关注的热点 ,已有研究证明[1～ 3 ] :干扰素 (ＩＦＮ)、白介素 - 2 (ＩＬ - 2 )可以净化慢性粒细胞白血病 (ＣＭＬ)骨髓。本文根据有关ＣＭＬ的发病机制方面研究进展 ,联合用ＩＬ - 2、а -ＩＦＮ方案 ,从不同机制体外净化ＣＭＬ骨髓 ,为临床提供实验依据?
In vitro purification has always been the focus of scholars. Some studies have shown that interferon (IFN) and interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) can purify the bone marrow of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Based on the research progress on the pathogenesis of CML, the combination of IL - 2 and а - IFN was used to purify CML bone marrow from different mechanisms in vitro and provide experimental evidence for clinical application.
