介绍了目前本钢转炉钢渣的产生量及处理方法,同时也对国内其它钢铁企业不同的钢渣处理工艺进行了比较分析。结合本钢的生产实际对转炉钢渣推荐采用炉前粒化轮法与热闷工艺配合应用的处理方式,并阐述了两种工艺的原理和技术特点及钢渣深加工综合利用的途径。 This paper introduces the current generation and treatment methods of steel slag in Benxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and compares and analyzes the different steel slag processing technologies in other domestic iron and steel enterprises. Combined with the actual production of the steel, it is recommended to adopt the treatment method that the granulated steel wheel method and the thermal stuffy process cooperate with each other for the steel slag of the converter, and the principle and technical characteristics of the two kinds of processes and the ways of comprehensive utilization of the steelmaking deep processing are expounded.
