“露露”的成功经验已经在全国范围内广泛宣传推广。回眸整个案例的调研、总结经过,曾经有过的感慨和体会得以升华。今年年初,春节刚过,受承德市市委、市政府主要领导同志委派,承德市副市长韩志远同志亲自率队,带领承德露露集团有限公司董事长王宝林同志等向三大活动组委会征评办汇报了“露露”集团的成功经验;经过对“露露”集团经验的初步研究后,征评办向组委会有关领导作出了汇报;经认真研究决定,组委会同意由征评办组成企业调研小组对承德露露集团进行实地考察。经过前期精心的准备,三组委征评办企业调研小组于2000年3月14日至3月18日赴河北承德露露集团有限责任公司,展开企业调研活动。通过短暂而忙碌的五天调研,工作小组不仅获得了第一手宝贵的资料,而且深深体会到“露露人”的朝气、活力,以及令人震撼的内聚力。这种精神也感染和鼓舞了工作小组每一个成员。在回来的一个多月时间里,调研小组认真梳理材料,精确分析数据,几易文稿,撰写出《露露之路》调研报告。一路回眸的同时,真心地希望在国企改革攻坚时刻,“露露”之路给人以振奋与启迪。
