1.社会总资产增速放慢,不利于国民经济的持续快速增长。2001年我国社会总资产虽获得平稳增长,但增速明显减缓,增幅比上年下降3.6个百分点。社会总资产增速放慢主要表现在:(1)国际经济增速放慢,国际市场需求减弱,使外商及港澳台投资企业资产规模增速回落。(2)国内需求回升艰难,仍主要依靠政府投资拉动,相当数量的产品或劳务
1. The slowdown in the growth of total social assets is not conducive to the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy. Although the total social assets of our country steadily increased in 2001, the growth rate slowed down markedly, an increase of 3.6 percentage points from the previous year. The slowdown in the growth of total social assets is mainly manifested in the following aspects: (1) The international economic growth slowed down and the demand in the international market weakened, bringing down the growth rate of assets of foreign-invested, Hong Kong, Maucao, and Taiwan-invested enterprises.
