回顾性分析74例近1年血糖控制达标的T_1DM患者,均行眼底荧光造影检查,分为眼底正常组、NPDR组及PDR组。检测3IGF-1水平;采用多因素非条件Logistic回归分析法,分析IGF-1与DR相关性。结果 PDR组尿微量白蛋白(UA)、IGF-1水平高于正常组及NPDR组(P<0.05),NPDR组UA、IGF-1水平高于正常组(P<0.05);相关分析显示,T_1DM病程、UA、IGF-1和DR有关。结论血清IGF-1水平偏高可能是T1DM患者DR发生、发展的机制之一。
Retrospective analysis of 74 cases of T 1 DM patients with glycemic control in the recent 1 year underwent fundus fluorescein angiography, which were divided into normal fundus group, NPDR group and PDR group. The level of 3 IGF-1 was detected. The relationship between IGF-1 and DR was analyzed by multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis. Results The urinary albumin (UA) and IGF-1 levels in PDR group were significantly higher than those in normal group and NPDR group (P <0.05). The levels of UA and IGF-1 in NPDR group were higher than those in normal group (P <0.05) T_1DM duration, UA, IGF-1 and DR. Conclusion The high level of serum IGF-1 may be one of the mechanisms of occurrence and development of DR in T1DM patients.
