当前企业所面临的环境更加趋于多变和不定,尤其在技术和经营模式不断创新的前提下,社会契约和工作方式也逐渐在发生的变化。对于中小企业来讲生存更加不易,本文认为要想提高中小企业环境适应力,需要从两个方面进行考虑。一是提高中小企业的技术创新能力;二是保证一支稳定的员工队伍。对从培养员工的学习能力以及吸引、开发和保持一支高效的劳动力队伍两个方面提高中小企业环境适应力的人力资源管理方略进行了探讨。
At present, the environment the enterprises are facing is more and more variable and uncertain. Especially under the premise of continuous innovation in technology and business model, the social contract and working methods are gradually changing. For SMEs in terms of survival is not easy, this paper believes that in order to improve the environmental resilience of SMEs need to be considered from two aspects. First, to improve the technological innovation capability of SMEs; second is to ensure a stable workforce. This paper discusses the strategy of human resources management to improve the environment adaptability of SMEs from two aspects: cultivating the learning ability of employees and attracting, developing and maintaining an efficient workforce.
