一、租赁——利用外资和设备出口的捷径 1980年,作为吸引外资窗口的中国国际信托投资公司,做了第一个融资租赁项目——河北涿县塑料厂编织机生产线引进项目,率先创办了国际融资租赁业务,开创了中国现代国际租赁的先河。到目前为止,全国已有34家中外合资租赁公司、26家中资租赁公司和约390家兼营国际租赁业务的金融机构。其中,中外合资租赁公司是我国租赁业中最活跃的力量,先后为6000多家国内企业的技术改造提供

Leasing - A Shortcut to Utilize Foreign Capital and Equipment Exports In 1980, as the investment trust of China International Trust and Investment Corporation, which attracts foreign investment, it made the first project of financing leasing - introduction project of Hebei Pixian Plastic Factory braiding machine production line and took the lead in establishing International financial leasing business, creating a precedent for China’s modern international leasing. So far, there are 34 Sino-foreign joint venture leasing companies, 26 Chinese leasing companies and about 390 financial institutions engaging in international leasing business. Among them, the Sino-foreign joint venture leasing company is the most active force in the leasing industry in China, and has provided technical transformation for more than 6,000 domestic enterprises
