目的:观察“三定三专”管理模式在难免压疮预防中的应用效果。方法:我院自2015年6月起开始实施难免压疮“三定三专”管理模式,将实施前(2014年6月~2015年5月)和实施后(2015年6月~2016年5月)上报并确认为难免压疮的患者分别设为对照组和试验组,观察两组干预后各相关指标的差异性。结果 :试验组难免压疮漏报率和压疮发生率均明显低于对照组,试验组压疮患者的压疮分期轻于对照组,压疮发生时间较对照组明显推迟(P<0.05)。结论:对难免压疮患者采用“三定三专”管理模式,能够降低难免压疮漏报率和最终发展为压疮的风险,减轻压疮严重程度,推迟压疮发生时间。 Objective: To observe the application effect of the management pattern of “three definite three specialties” in preventing unwanted pressure ulcer. Methods: Since June 2015, our hospital started to implement the management model of inevitable pressure ulcer and “San Ding San Zhu”, and the implementation of pre-implementation (from June 2014 to May 2015) and implementation (from June 2015 to 2016 May) reported and confirmed as refractory pressure ulcer patients were set as the control group and the experimental group, the two groups observed after the intervention of the relevant indicators of the difference. Results: The unacceptable rate of pressure sore omission and the incidence of pressure ulcer in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The pressure ulcer stage in the pressure ulcer patients in the test group was lighter than that in the control group. The pressure ulcer time was significantly delayed compared with the control group (P <0.05) . CONCLUSION: The management of patients with uncomplicated pressure ulcers by adopting “three specific three specialties” can reduce the risk of unacceptable pressure sore omission rate and eventually development of pressure sores, reduce the severity of pressure sores and delay the time of pressure ulcer.
