市场经济与计划经济两种体制下职工培训截然不同。企业职工培训面临着极大的困难。企业职工培训要走出困境,必须采取积极措施:转变观念,主动应对新形势、新要求;发挥自身优势,抓住生存点,做强优势点,寻找发展点;利用自身优势,做大做强具有长期效益和发展前景的培训;将职工培训纳入企业人力资源开发系统,建立有效的激励约束机制;吸收和借鉴先进国家和地区成功的培训经验,逐步树立自己的培训形象。
Under the two systems of market economy and planned economy, staff training is quite different. Training of enterprise staff faces great difficulties. Employee training to get out of the woods must take positive measures: changing concepts, take the initiative to respond to new situations and new requirements; give full play to their own advantages, to seize the point of survival, to strengthen the advantage and find the point of development; use their own advantages, bigger and stronger with Long-term benefits and development prospects of the training; staff training into the human resources development system of enterprises, the establishment of an effective incentive and restraint mechanisms; absorption and drawing on successful training experience in advanced countries and regions, and gradually establish their own training image.
