目的探讨大连地区1~8岁儿童原卟啉(EFP)、原卟啉/血红蛋白(EFP/Hb)、发Zn、Cu、Fe微量元素正常参数及意义。方法采用WFX-ID型原子吸收分光分度分析法及微量荧光比色法测定。结果EFP各年龄组都增加,异常率占50%,并与PCV相关,异常率占65%,EFP/Hb比值有62%呈增高,较PCV、Hb、RBC传统指标敏感,可做儿童隐匿性缺铁诊断,更有价值。发Zn有86.1%,明显减低,发Cu男性有42%减低,女性29%减低,14.3%的病人发Cu增高,发Fe50%儿童减低。结论EFP、EFP/Hb、发Zn、Cu、Fe微量元素诊断结果对早期缺铁性贫血诊断价值更大,在治疗缺铁的同时要补足Zn和Cu,否则影响治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the normal parameters and significance of protoporphyrin (EFP), protoporphyrin / hemoglobin (EFP / Hb), Zn, Cu, Fe trace elements in children aged 1 ~ 8 years in Dalian. Methods WFX-ID atomic absorption spectrometry and trace fluorescent spectrophotometry determination. Results EFP increased in all age groups. The abnormal rate was 50%, and was associated with PCV. The abnormal rate was 65%, and the EFP / Hb ratio was 62% higher than traditional PCV, Hb and RBC markers. Iron deficiency diagnosis, more valuable. Conclusion The diagnostic results of trace elements of EFP, EFP / Hb, Zn, Cu and Fe are of great value in the diagnosis of early iron deficiency anemia. In the treatment of iron deficiency, Zn and Cu should be made up, otherwise the treatment effect will be affected.
