在我国,传媒业长期扮演着传播主流声音的角色,作为党的喉舌部门,鉴于该行业的特殊性,一直以来政府以及企业本身的管理层都对从业人员的政治道德素养有一定的要求,因此在管理模式及意识形态引导上一直采取传统的政治思想教育的方式。然而随着社会转型的变化和文化体制改革的深入,使得从旧体制下走来的传媒单位,不得不在一些新媒体中寻求发展和突破。其中提倡利用企业文化的力量来提高企业的凝聚力,向心力的呼声不断高涨,那么如何让那些原有的依靠办公室、人事、工会等行政部门来承担职工的思想政治教育,转变为思想政治工作与企业文化建设相结合,从而既使员工保持较高的思想政治素养,又能利用企业文化感染力来促进企业思想政治工作的创新和发展。本文围绕思政教育与企业文化的异同点,以及如何利用企业文化的优势来开展新时期下的企业政工工作展开一些初步的探讨。
In China, the media industry has long played the role of disseminating mainstream voices. As the party’s mouthpiece department, given the industry’s particularity, the management of the government and the company itself has always had certain requirements on the political and moral qualities of practitioners. The traditional way of political and ideological education has been adopted in the management mode and ideological guidance. However, with the changes in social transformation and the deepening of the reform of the cultural system, media organizations that have come under the old system have had to seek development and breakthroughs in some new media. Among them, the use of the power of corporate culture to promote the cohesion of enterprises and the voice of centripetal force are promoted. How to make the original ideological and political education based on office, personnel, labor unions and other administrative departments to bear the burden of employees be turned into ideological and political work and enterprises. The combination of cultural construction, so that employees can maintain a higher ideological and political qualities, but also can use the power of corporate culture to promote the innovation and development of corporate ideological and political work. This article focuses on the similarities and differences between ideological education and corporate culture, and how to use the advantages of corporate culture to carry out some preliminary discussions on corporate political work in the new era.
