旅游管理本科生酒店实习的满意度问题一直备受关注,本文以邯郸学院旅游管理专业的学生为调查对象,对其酒店实习满意度情况进行问卷调查及回收,并采用SPSS软件分析人口统计因素对总体满意度及对实习酒店、学校实习管理制度及中介满意度的影响情况。最后从酒店、学校、中介三方面给出提高学生满意度的建议。研究发现:(1)性别、年级对学生酒店实习满意度无影响。(2)实习酒店及实习部门对总体满意度有影响。(3)实习酒店所在区位对学生的酒店方面满意度有影响。
Satisfaction of undergraduates’ internship in tourism management has always been the subject of great concern. In this paper, students from Tourism Management Department of Handan University are investigated. Questionnaire survey and recovery of their hotel internship satisfaction are carried out. SPSS software is used to analyze the demographic factors Overall satisfaction and the impact on internship hotel, school internship management system and intermediary satisfaction. Finally, we give suggestions to improve students’ satisfaction from three aspects: hotel, school and intermediary. The findings are as follows: (1) Gender and grade have no effect on students’ internship satisfaction. (2) Internship hotel and internship department have an impact on overall satisfaction. (3) Internship The location of the hotel affects the students’ satisfaction with the hotel.
