目的 选取幼龄自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)作为研究对象 ,观察其尚未出现高血压时血浆尾加压素Ⅱ (UⅡ )的变化及负荷运动对它的影响 ,从而进一步了解UⅡ在遗传性高血压发病中的地位。方法 5~ 6周龄SHR、Wistar-Kyoto大鼠 (WKY)各 2 8只随机分为静态组、运动组 ,静态组行有创血压、血浆UⅡ测定 ,运动组行游泳负荷运动后做上述指标测定 ,分别比较静态组WKY、SHR 6min内的平均血压、峰血压、达峰时间、血浆UⅡ的均数和运动组WKY、SHR的上述指标的均数。结果 静态组WKY、SHR 6min内的平均血压、峰血压、达峰时间差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;运动组WKY、SHR平均血压、峰血压、达峰时间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。静态组WKY、SHR的血浆UⅡ差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,运动组WKY、SHR的UⅡ差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;WKY的血浆UⅡ ,运动组较静态组明显升高 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;SHR的血浆UⅡ ,运动组较静态组比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 UⅡ参与了机体应激反应的调节 ,处于高血压前期的幼龄SHR运动后血浆UⅡ不增高可能是遗传性高血压发生发展的促进因子
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma urotensin Ⅱ (UⅡ) and the effects of exercise on it in hypertensive rats with spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR), so as to further understand the relationship between UⅡ and hereditary Hypertension incidence in the position. Methods Twenty-eight SHR and Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY), aged 5-6 weeks old, were randomly divided into static group, exercise group, blood pressure test in static group and UⅡ plasma test. The above indexes The mean blood pressure, peak blood pressure, peak time, the mean of plasma UⅡ and WKY and SHR in the static group were compared respectively. Results There were significant differences in mean blood pressure, peak blood pressure and peak time within 6 minutes of WKY and SHR in static group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in average blood pressure, peak blood pressure and peak time of WKY and SHR in exercise group Significance (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma UⅡ between WKY and SHR in static group (P> 0.05), UⅡ in WKY and SHR in exercise group was significantly different (P <0.05) (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in SHR between plasma UⅡand exercise group compared with the static group (P> 0.05). Conclusions UⅡ is involved in the regulation of stress response. The increase of plasma UⅡ level after early SHR in prehypertension may be the promoting factor for the development of hereditary hypertension
