阻尼性能的测试是新型结构材料和高阻尼材料的研究和开发中的一个关键问题。根据有关振动理论 ,采用悬臂梁共振法 ,开发了一套阻尼性能测试系统 ,可用于声频范围内金属材料阻尼性能的测定。对多种材料大批试样的阻尼性能测试结果表明 ,该系统具有较高的分辨率和测试精度 (测量误差小于 5% )。
Damping performance testing is a key issue in the research and development of new structural materials and high-damping materials. According to the theory of vibration, a set of damping performance test system was developed by using cantilever beam resonance method, which can be used to measure the damping performance of metallic materials in the audio frequency range. The damping performance test results of a large number of samples for a variety of materials show that the system has high resolution and testing accuracy (measurement error less than 5%).
