OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between hsCRP, WBC and N% in children with respiratory tract infection by analyzing the results of hsCRP, WBC and N (%) in children with respiratory tract infection Clinical significance and relevance. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 1 196 cases of children with respiratory tract infection admitted to the hospital in 2011 was divided into bacterial group, virus group and mycoplasma group according to the pathogens of children infected. At the same time, 200 healthy children in this hospital were selected as the control group. The hsCRP, WBC, hsCRP and N% of each group were compared. Results: Statistical analysis showed that the hsCRP, WBC and N% of children in bacterial group were significantly increased, and in most cases were hsCRP, WBC, N% increase or hsCRP increase with WBC or N% increase, especially The percentages of hsCRP, WBC and N% in children with mycoplasma infection were not obvious, most of them were hsCRP, WBC, N% In the stratified study, there was a positive correlation between N% and hsCRP in bacterial group and mycoplasma infection group, which was higher than those in WBC and hsCRP. Conclusions: Combined detection of hsCRP, WB and N% in children with respiratory tract infection can effectively identify the infection of bacteria, viruses and mycoplasma, and then guide the clinical treatment. In particular, hsCRP and N% at the same time significantly increased bacterial infections prompted, according to the early selection of the disease Effective antibiotics for treatment.
