调查显示,艺术类大学生在环境适应、录取专业与自身愿望、人际交往、求职择业、自我意识等方面不同程度上存在着问题。这既与其艺术专业有关,也与学生个体和学校、社会环境有关,学校、教师及艺术类大学生个体应高度重视,加强对艺术专业大学生心理素质方面的教育与培养,全面提高艺术人才的质量。
The survey shows that art college students have different degrees of environmental adaptability, admission majors and their own wishes, interpersonal relationships, job search and career self-awareness. This is not only related to their art major but also to individual students, schools and the social environment. Schools, teachers and art college students should attach great importance to education and cultivation of psychology of art majors and improve the overall quality of art talents.
