实验于2005-05/2006-03在华北煤炭医学院医学系实验室完成。兼顾如意金黄散中各主要成分的溶解性,以乙醇为溶剂提取有效成分,以壳聚糖为成膜材料制备膜剂,并以聚乙烯醇作对照膜剂,HPLC法测定膜剂中姜黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、小檗碱的水平;采用浆法对膜剂的体外释放度进行测定。结果显示无水乙醇回流提取如意金黄散中主要活性成分提取率较高,以膜剂中大黄酸的释放度为评价指标,膜剂体外缓释效果良好。
The experiment was performed in the laboratory of medical department of North China Coal Medical College from May 2005 to March 2006. Taking into account the dissolution of the main components of Ruyi Golden Pine, the active ingredient was extracted with ethanol, the film was prepared with chitosan as film-forming material, polyvinyl alcohol was used as contrast film, and the content of curcumin , Rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and berberine. The in vitro release of the filming agent was determined by the plasma method. The results showed that the extraction rate of the main active components in Ruyi Jinshuang San was higher than that of anhydrous ethanol, and the release rate of rhein in the film was the evaluation index. The slow release effect of the film in vitro was good.
