通过应用华南理工大学的MLJ 30 0密炼机微机智能控制系统 ,达到了优化混炼工艺、预测混炼胶门尼粘度的目的。采用瞬时功率控制排胶可以大大缩小胶料门尼粘度的波动范围 ,提高混炼胶质量 ,提高生产效率 ,降低能耗7%~ 8%。
Through the application of MLJ 30 0 microcomputer intelligent control system of South China University of Technology, the purpose of optimizing the mixing process and predicting the Mooney viscosity of the compound rubber is achieved. The use of instantaneous power control plastic glue can greatly reduce the viscosity Mooney viscosity range, improve the quality of rubber, improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption by 7% to 8%.
