本文以两轴转向架式机车为例,阐述非线性曲线通过的一种简化计算方法。对轮对纵向、横向、旋转蠕滑率的计算给出了较详细的推导。引入非线性轮轨几何关系及非线性蠕滑系数,后者采用将线性蠕滑理论的计算值按实际蠕滑饱和曲线加以缩减的方法来进行简化计算。方程式的求解采用改进的牛顿法。对所采用的实例在DJS—6计算机上进行了数值计算。计算实践表明,本文所述方法可用来预测机车车辆的稳态曲线通过性能。
In this paper, a two-axle bogie locomotive is taken as an example to illustrate a simplified calculation method of nonlinear curve passing. A detailed derivation is given for the calculation of the longitudinal, transverse and rotational creep rates of wheelsets. The nonlinear relationship between the wheel-rail and the nonlinear creep coefficient is introduced. The latter method is simplified by the method of reducing the calculated value of the linear creep theory according to the actual creep saturation curve. The equation is solved using the improved Newton method. The examples used were numerically calculated on the DJS-6 computer. Calculation shows that the method described in this paper can be used to predict the steady state curve passing performance of rolling stock.
