甘胆酸(CG)是主要胆汁酸之一。它是肝脏以胆固醇为原料合成的胆酸(CA),再与甘氨酸结合而成。目前认为,放射免疫分析法测定血清甘胆酸的含量,是评价肝功能最敏感的指标之一。我科自1985年11月以来,对148例正常足月孕妇和高危妊娠患者进行空腹血清甘胆酸测定,并与常规肝功能试验比较,以探讨其临床价值。材料和方法对象:我院产科住院病人中正常足月孕妇52例;妊高征46例,其中轻度妊高征7例,中度妊高征34例,重度妊高征5例,并发双胎3例;非妊高征高危妊娠50例,包括过期妊娠、胎膜早破、产前出血、风湿性心脏
Glycocholic acid (CG) is one of the major bile acids. It is the liver of cholesterol as raw material synthesis of cholic acid (CA), and then combined with glycine. Currently, radioimmunoassay determination of serum glycocholic acid content is one of the most sensitive indicators of liver function evaluation. Our department since November 1985, 148 cases of normal pregnant women and high-risk pregnancy in patients with fasting serum glycocholic acid, and compared with conventional liver function tests to explore its clinical value. MATERIALS AND METHODS Subjects: 52 normal term pregnant women in our hospital were enrolled in this study. There were 46 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH), of which 7 were mild PIH, 34 were moderate PIH, 5 were PIH, 3 cases of fetus; 50 cases of non-PIH risk pregnancy, including overdue pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes, prenatal bleeding, rheumatic heart
