目的:提高栽培丹参的有效成分含量。方法:用HPLC检测铜川市耀州区丹参的水溶性和脂溶性有效物质含量,分析该地区丹参在种植中地形、施肥、收获时间等三种主要影响因素。结果:铜川市耀州区沟坡地栽种丹参易于排水,防止烂根,有效物质积累高。结论:该地区土壤钾肥含量高,施用钾肥与否对该地区丹参质量影响不大;两年生丹参收获经济效益达到最大化。
Objective: To improve the content of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The contents of water-soluble and fat-soluble active substances of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City were detected by HPLC. The main influencing factors of topography, fertilization and harvest time of Salvia miltiorrhiza in this area were analyzed. Result: Salvia miltiorrhiza planted in ditch slopes in Yaozhou district of Tongchuan City was easy to drain, prevent rotten roots and accumulate high effective substances. Conclusion: The content of potash fertilizer in the soil is high in this area. The application of potash fertilizer has little effect on the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza in this area. The economic benefit of harvesting of Salvia miltiorrhiza for two years is maximized.
