台湾“法务部”司法官训练所成立于1914年,时称司法讲习所,其后该组织历经多次更迭。1926年改为司法储才所、法官学校,1929年~1943年期间称法官训练所、中央训练团,1943年~1949年再改称中央政治学校法官训练班,1950年~1954年又称司法人员训练班,1955年根据“立法”正式确立名称 The Justice Department of Taiwan’s “Ministry of Justice” was established in 1914 when it was called the Judicial Workshop. Since then, the organization has undergone many changes. In 1926, it was renamed the Judicial Reserve, the Judges School, and the Judges Training Institute and the Central Training Corps from 1929 to 1943. It was again renamed as a training course for judges of the Central Political School from 1943 to 1949. Also known as Judicial Officers from 1950 to 1954 Training Course, 1955 officially established under the “Legislation”
