玩,是儿童的天性。本文从班主任与儿童同玩的视角出发,剖析师生同玩的教育学、心理学以及社会意义,探讨班主任在班级管理、培养学生养成良好习惯、陶冶美好品德的德育过程里的一种途径。文章渗透对学生的尊重和发现,也反思班主任工作中一些普通现象后面的教育理念。
Play, is the nature of children. This paper analyzes the teacher-student play with the pedagogy, psychology and social significance from the perspective of the class teacher and children play to explore the class teacher in class management, training students to develop good habits, to cultivate a virtuous moral education in the process of a way . The article permeates the respect and discovery of students, and also reflects on the educational philosophy behind some ordinary phenomena in the class teacher’s work.
