将不同细度的硅酸盐水泥与粉煤灰掺配,运用灰色关联分析原理,研究了胶凝材料细度配伍与粉煤灰水泥砂浆干缩性能间的关系。结果表明,水泥颗粒细度对砂浆的早期干缩性能影响较大,粉煤灰颗粒细度对砂浆的后期干缩性能影响较大。适当增大粉煤灰的比表面积以及水泥与粉煤灰比表面积的差异、减小水泥的比表面积,有利于提高粉煤灰-水泥砂浆的抗干缩性能。
The Portland cement with different fineness was blended with fly ash, and the relationship between the fineness of cementitious material and the dry shrinkage of fly ash cement mortar was studied by the principle of gray relational analysis. The results show that the fineness of cement particles has a great influence on the early shrinkage properties of mortar, and the fineness of fly ash has a great influence on the dry shrinkage of mortar. Appropriately increasing the specific surface area of fly ash and the difference between the specific surface area of cement and fly ash and reducing the specific surface area of the cement are beneficial to improve the anti-shrinkage properties of fly ash-cement mortar.
