本文使用CHNS2004、2006年的个体膳食调查数据,估计60年代和80年代生人的四大类食物的消费函数,通过回归结果分析收入对于食品消费的影响,以及代际差异。通过收入弹性分析收入与食品消费之间的关系。再通过食物消费与身体质量指数之间的关系,解释收入与肥胖率之间的关系,以及肥胖人士越来越年轻化的现象。
In this paper, we use CHNS2004, 2006 corridor data to estimate the consumption function of the four major categories of food in the 1960s and 1980s, and analyze the impact of income on food consumption and the intergenerational differences through regression results. Analyze the relationship between income and food consumption through income elasticity. Through the relationship between food consumption and body mass index, we can explain the relationship between income and obesity rate and the increasingly younger obese people.
