The United States has agreed with Mexico that it will sign a free trade agreement within the next 1 to 2 years. The proposal of establishing the free trade area of the Americas by the end of June this year will mean the early formation of the U.S. economic circle. Given the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union since the end of last year and the pace of the reunification of Germany and Germany, there are signs that the economic union in Europe will extend from the “internal market” of the EC to the entire Europe. With the strengthening of the joint trend in Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia in recent years, especially the holding of the Asia-Pacific Economic and Technological Seminar in late May in Beijing, it marks that the Asia-Pacific economic cooperation has entered a new stage of development. All this indicates that in the world before the middle of the 21st century, three major economic circles dominated by the United States, Japan and Western Europe will form, and the future economic circle will have a series of characteristics such as the importance of technical cooperation and the loose economic alliance.
