高功率线偏振皮秒脉冲激光光源在工业加工、相干光束合成和非线性光学等领域有广泛的应用。报道了基于半导体可饱和吸收镜锁模的高功率线偏振皮秒脉冲掺镱全光纤激光器。激光器采用两级主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构。种子源采用环形腔结构,在抽运功率为200mW时,获得了重复频率为40MHz、脉冲宽度为20ps的锁模脉冲输出,平均输出功率为12mW,中心波长为1038.2nm,光谱宽度为1.7nm,光谱明显的陡沿结构表明在全正色散光纤激光器中形成了耗散孤子。经过两级双包层保偏掺镱光纤放大器,获得了平均功率为5 W的输出,相应的单脉冲能量和峰值功率分别为125nJ和6.25kW。在最大输出功率时,没有出现受激拉曼散射等非线性现象,此时激光脉冲光谱宽度为3.1nm,脉冲宽度为20ps,偏振消光比为20dB。
High-power linear polarized picosecond pulse laser light source in the industrial processing, coherent beam synthesis and nonlinear optics and other fields have a wide range of applications. The laser uses two main oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) structure. The seed source adopts a ring cavity structure. At a pumping power of 200 mW, a mode-locked pulse output with a repetition frequency of 40 MHz and a pulse width of 20 ps is obtained, with an average output power of 12 mW, a center wavelength of 1038.2 nm, a spectral width of 1.7 nm, The sharp-edged steep edge structures show that dissipative solitons are formed in all-positive-dispersion fiber lasers. After two-stage double-clad polarization-maintaining ytterbium-doped fiber amplifier, the average output power of 5 W was obtained. The corresponding single-pulse energy and peak power were 125 nJ and 6.25 kW, respectively. At maximum output power, there was no nonlinear phenomena such as stimulated Raman scattering. The laser pulse width was 3.1 nm, the pulse width was 20 ps and the polarization extinction ratio was 20 dB.
