近年来国内外很多资料表明产肠毒素性大肠杆菌(Enterotoxigenic E.coli ETEC)是引起婴幼儿腹泻的重要病原菌。但是ETEC引起新生儿腹泻的报道甚少,为了探讨新生儿ETEC肠炎的免疫状态,特对我院确诊为ETEC肠炎新生儿72例进行了体液免疫的检测,现报道如下
