采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术扩增肺炎支原体特异的144bpDNA片段靶基因,检测354例临床疑为呼吸道感染、肺炎、支气管炎病人咽拭标本,检出阳性74例,总阳性率为20.9%,其中儿科患者191例,阳性38例,阳性率为19.6%;老年患者86例,阳性20例,阳性率23.2%;内科患者77例,阳性16例,阳性率20.7%。PCR利用体外基因复制技术,仅用1h即可将极微量的DNA样品特异地放大几百万倍,直接检出肺炎支原体。本文检测结果提示,不能忽视老年人支原体肺炎的发生,应引起临床医生的注意。
The target gene of Mycoplasma pneumoniae-specific 144 bp DNA fragment was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and detected in 354 cases of clinically suspected throat swabs in patients with respiratory tract infection, pneumonia and bronchitis. The positive rate was 74, and the total positive rate was 20. Among them, 191 cases were pediatric patients, 38 cases were positive, the positive rate was 19.6%; 86 cases were elderly, 20 cases were positive, the positive rate was 23.2%; 77 cases were internal medicine, 16 cases were positive, the positive rate was 20%. 7%.
