为了降低JBT62-2型局扇噪声,在风机进、出气口采用消声器降低空气动力性噪声之后,又采用了在风机表面复盖阻尼涂料,以降低风机的机械噪声。本文分析了阻尼涂料降噪的机理,声功率与振动速度的关系,而振动速度又取决于结构的动刚度,结构的阻尼可提高动刚度,在构件表面喷涂阻尼层可增加结构的阻尼,因内摩擦能耗,使机械能变为热能,达到降噪目的。
