目的探讨对老年人牙列缺损伴有重度磨耗的修复治疗。方法 72例牙列缺损伴有重度磨损老年患者,应用义齿修复及咬合重建等措施予以修复治疗,并实施1~2年随访,分析其修复治疗效果。结果患者1年随访统计优良率为86.1%,第2年优良率为80.6%。结论老年人牙列缺损伴有重度磨损实施有效修复治疗,应用暂时垫等准确修复措施能够得到较明显治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the repair of dentition defects in the elderly with severe wear. Methods Seventy - two cases of dentition defects accompanied with severe abrasion in elderly patients were treated with denture repair and occlusion reconstruction. The patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years to analyze the effect of the treatment. Results The excellent and good rate of follow-up was 86.1% in one year and 80.6% in the second year. Conclusion The elderly patients with dentition defects with severe wear and tear to implement effective repair treatment, the application of temporary pads and other accurate repair measures can be more obvious therapeutic effect.
