太原正大有限公司是山西饲料公司与泰国正大集团合资兴建的企业。该公司建有一座年产10万吨的面粉厂,生产工艺和技术配方采用国际上先进的标准,因此面粉质量在国内也是名列前茅。但该产品生产后销路一直不好,积压严重,产量达不到平衡点,该厂出现了严重亏损局面。该公司经营层从增加销售力量及降低价格入手,但收效甚微,最后只好将面粉厂列为“下马”计划。
Taiyuan Zhengda Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Shanxi Feed Company and Thailand Chia Tai Group. The company has a flour mill with an annual output of 100,000 tons, and the production technology and technical formula adopts internationally advanced standards. Therefore, the quality of flour is also among the best in the country. However, the product has been sold poorly after its production, the backlog has been severe, and the output has not reached a balance point. The plant has experienced a serious loss situation. The company’s management began by increasing sales force and lowering prices, but with little success, it finally had to name the flour mill as a “dismount” plan.
