大力发展农村保险事业,加快建立农业保险,加大支农惠农政策力度,是社会主义现代化新农村建设的一个新举措。近年来,国家陆续出台了相关政策措施支持“三农”的发展,农业保险就是重要的政策之一,它对稳定农民生活,降低经营风险,推动农业可持续发展有着十分重要意义。本文通过调研海安县农业保险发展现状,深入分析目前存在的问题和原因,探索海安县农业保险发展的道路,并提出了相应的建议与对策。本刊刊发,供读者参考。
Vigorously developing the cause of rural insurance, speeding up the establishment of agricultural insurance and increasing the policy of supporting agriculture and benefiting the peasants is a new measure for the construction of a new socialist countryside. In recent years, the state has promulgated relevant policies and measures to support the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Agricultural insurance is one of the important policies. It is of great significance to stabilize the peasants’ living, reduce operational risks and promote the sustainable development of agriculture. By investigating the present situation of agricultural insurance development in Haian County, this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes, explores the road of agricultural insurance development in Haian County, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
