The concentration of VE and VA in the human body is closely related to growth, development and disease. Monitoring serum vitamin concentrations is important for the diagnosis and treatment of vitamin deficiency disorders. This method can be used for determination of vitamins in biological samples and pharmaceutical preparations such as blood, urine and tissues. The CH_3OH: CH_2Cl_2 binary solvent was used as the mobile phase, which was analyzed on a miniature column with the advantages of good resolution, high sensitivity, complete elution, short analysis time and solvent conservation.
