新课程理念下的新型师生观认为:教师与学生都是教学过程的主体,教师与学生的关系应该是“一种平等对话的关系”。这就要求我们教师要积极地与学生这一教育主体进行积极有效的沟通。教师应善于与学生沟通,沟通从“心灵”开始,要与学生有良好和密切的沟通,首先要扫除学生的“畏师”心理。我们要改变传统的严师出高徒的观念,改变教师灌输、学生被动接受的保守教育方式。让学生主动起来,积极起来,勇敢起来,成为学习的主体。
