以中间体聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)为原料,己二胺为交联剂,无水乙醇为分散剂,采用乙醇胺对其进行改性,制备了羟化聚天冬氨酸高吸水性树脂(HPASP)。研究了PSI相对分子质量、反应温度、交联剂用量、乙醇胺用量及无水乙醇用量等因素对树脂吸水性能的影响。结果表明,树脂在蒸馏水和0.9%NaCl水溶液中的吸水率分别达到804g/g和160g/g,耐盐性良好。FT-IR分析证实了产物的合成,SEM显示HPASP颗粒表面的孔状结构密度增加,比表面积增大。
Using the intermediate polysuccinimide (PSI) as raw material, hexamethylenediamine as the crosslinking agent and the anhydrous ethanol as the dispersant, etheramine was used to modify it, and the polyhydroxy aspartic acid superabsorbent (HPASP). The effects of PSI molecular weight, reaction temperature, the amount of crosslinking agent, the amount of ethanolamine and the amount of anhydrous ethanol on the water absorption of the resin were studied. The results showed that the water absorption of resin in distilled water and 0.9% NaCl aqueous solution reached 804g / g and 160g / g, respectively. The salt tolerance was good. FT-IR analysis confirmed the synthesis of the product. SEM showed that the pore structure density of HPASP particles increased and the specific surface area increased.
