采用分光光度法,以二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮(DBONPF)为显色剂,研究了DBONPF与头孢克洛(CFC)络合物的可见光谱性质及反应条件。实验结果表明:CFC在0.7356~3.678μg/mL范围内遵循比尔定律,回归方程为:A=1.5456ρ+0.0351(ρμg/mL),检出限0.0396μg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.03×104L.mol-1.cm-1,相关系数为r=0.9998,并探讨了其反应机理。方法已用于测定片剂中CFC含量,结果满意。
The spectroscopic properties and reaction conditions of DBONPF with cefaclor (CFC) complex were studied by spectrophotometry using dibromo-o-nitrophenylfluorone (DBONPF) as chromogenic reagent. The experimental results showed that CFC obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0.7356 ~ 3.678μg / mL, the regression equation is: A = 1.5456ρ + 0.0351 (ρμg / mL) with the detection limit of 0.0396μg / mL and the apparent molar absorptivity of 6.03 × 104L.mol-1.cm-1, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.9998, and the reaction mechanism was discussed. The method has been used to determine the CFC content in the tablets with satisfactory results.
