杭州市天长小学,向来以教育质量高而闻名,这几年由于搞“综合实验”改革,名气更大了,经常有兄弟学校和省内外的教育同行来这里参观、听课。听说这项改革实验是由老校长李承龙主持的,我决定去拜访他。李承龙这位已经在小学度过了45个春秋的教育工作者,虽然已年过花甲,但精神矍铄,一双炯炯有神的眼睛,使人感到他对事业总是充满着希望、信心和追求。他陪同我进了接待室。听说我要清他谈谈“小学生最优发展综合实验”,他很高兴,话匣子一下就打开了。
