职业教育在全球范围内已经发展了一百多年,对于职业教育理念的探索一直是职教工作者研究和探讨的主要课题之一。本文将养成教育原理出发,将职业能力养成的过程分解成“知识技能学训--仿真实训--企业实训--顶岗实习”四个阶段,并从构建培养目标体系、课程体系、教材体系、实践教学体系、服务体系、后勤保障体系等方面来整合教育资源,实现学生的健康全面成长需要。
Vocational education has been developed over a hundred years on a global scale. The exploration of the concept of vocational education has always been one of the major topics that vocational education workers study and discuss. This article will develop the educational principle, break down the process of cultivating professional ability into four stages: “knowledge and skill training - simulation training - enterprise training - internship ”, and from the construction of training target system, Curriculum system, textbook system, practice teaching system, service system, logistics support system and other aspects of the integration of educational resources to achieve the full development of students’ health needs.
