《湖北档案》1998年第3期刊登了周耀林先生《综合性档案馆库房改建与档案管理》一文。周先生关心我省各级综合性档案馆的库房和档案管理,笔者表示欢迎,但在奉读之余,总觉得有些难以理解之处,现提出来求教于周先生,并盼能在同行中引起讨论。 周文共分4部分,我们现谨“就事论事”如下: 一、库房建筑中的不合理因素 周先生对我省地(市)县级馆库提出改建的原因有二:
