英语写作是学生巩固语言知识并有目的地进行交流的工具。然而,对于高职高专大学英语教学而言,写作能力的培养是一大难题。本文以绵阳职业技术学院学生的英语应用文写作实例为研究素材,在英语应用文教学过程中探索适合现代高职高专英语教学的创新型教学模式、方法和步骤,希望通过该模式来鼓励学生加强应用文写作的自主学习,以实现从教向学的转变、从被动向主动的转变,从而促进和提高教学效果,培养学生自主学习和可持续学习的能力。
English writing is a tool for students to consolidate language knowledge and communicate purposefully. However, for college English teaching in higher vocational colleges, the cultivation of writing ability is a big problem. In this paper, the case study of English majors in Mianyang Polytechnic is taken as an example to explore innovative teaching modes, methods and steps suitable for English teaching in modern vocational colleges in the process of applied English teaching. I hope this paper will encourage students to strengthen their application essay Autonomous learning in order to achieve the transformation from teaching to learning, from passive to active change, so as to promote and improve teaching effectiveness, develop students’ autonomous learning and sustainable learning ability.
