Approved by the Xinhua News Agency, Hong Kong Branch, submitted to the State Council for approval by the State Education Commission and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council organized the second session of the University of Science and Technology Outreach Seminar February 20, 1989 to 24 held in Hong Kong. 38 universities and colleges from various provinces and cities of the Mainland participated in this seminar on science and technology achievements and sent more than 530 projects.
