利用企业生产醋酸乙烯时产生的废活性炭和其中负载的醋酸锌,通过微波加热活化处理,制得负载型氧化锌粉体。应用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了样品的微观结构,采用Rietveld全谱拟合方法对样品的结构参数进行了精修。结果表明,随活化温度越高,ZnO富集在活性炭孔洞中越多。ZnO晶胞参数a=3.2514,c=5.2087,为六方结构,与普通氧化锌相比,晶胞参数有所增大。
Use of waste produced when the production of vinyl acetate and zinc acetate loaded therein by microwave heating activated to obtain supported zinc oxide powder. The microstructure of the samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The structure parameters of the samples were refined by Rietveld full-spectrum fitting method. The results show that as the activation temperature is higher, ZnO is more concentrated in the pores of activated carbon. ZnO cell parameters a = 3.2514, c = 5.2087, hexagonal structure, compared with ordinary zinc oxide, the unit cell parameters have increased.
